Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by PDMI Solutions. By engaging with our consultancy or participating in any of our programs, clients agree to the following terms:
Services: PDMI Solutions provides professional consultancy, coaching, mentorship, and related services. Each service agreement may include specific deliverables and timelines.
Payments: All fees must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule. Fees are nonrefundable once services have commenced unless otherwise stated in writing.
Confidentiality: All client information shared during sessions is treated as strictly confidential. PDMI Solutions will not disclose personal or business details to third parties without consent.
Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions following consultations. PDMI Solutions provides guidance but does not guarantee specific outcomes.
Rescheduling & Cancellations: Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice may be charged in full.
Limitation of Liability: PDMI Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of its services. All advice is provided in good faith based on experience and expertise.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark
